While Craven County owns several parcels of land for sale located at the Craven County Industrial Park (CCIP), they are quickly being sold and becoming the new or expanded home of a thriving, successful business. The CCIP is located on the north and south side of Hwy 70 west at the Clarks Exit. The property is for sale at a market rate of $20,000 per acre.
Among our recent successes, one has been with Bayfront Development, a private developer, to whom we are under contract with to sell 6 acres located on Manufacturer’s Drive on the south side of the park. They plan to build a 20,000 s.f. shell building located on Lot 19. This building will be marketed to sale as warehouse space and retrofit for the buyer.
