System Pressure Advisory Rescinded

The precautionary System Pressure Advisory issued on November 7, 2023 by Craven County Water customers in the Brice's Creek area has been rescinded. Samples collected from the system have been analyzed by a State Laboratory and found to be free of coliform bacteria. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


NCDHHS announces new program to help families pay water bills. Beginning Dec. 1, eligible households that have had their water services cut off or have received notice that their water services are in danger of being cut off can apply for assistance in paying their bill. We service a diverse population that spans from the North West part of Craven County all the way to the Harlowe area. We service around 15,000 homes and businesses while continuing to be proactive in the education of conserving this most valuable resource.
