The Planning and Inspections department has established a central permitting system that allows all county permitting functions to be handled at one location (the Planning and Inspections office). This system enables citizens to apply for and obtain all required permits more quickly and conveniently. Central permitting technicians are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to assist you throughout each stage of the permitting process. 

With Central Permitting, staff is able to perform required reviews and applicable enforcement actions in a more effective, efficient, service-oriented manner. All of the required applications are available on this website as well as the Planning and Inspections office. By clicking on the appropriate application name, you will be able to view and print it using the free Adobe Reader.
